Cave Rock Lake Tahoe wedding photography of a newly married coupe standing on top of this rock formation just as the sunsets behind the mountains. We found this area right next to the short hike up Cave Rock, which was crowd free and had the same amount of amazing views as the top of the rock did. We were just up there to garb some great 180 degree view photos of the lake and decide we got enough and wanted to get away from all the people up there. This location was great and offered wonderful views of the east shore and most of the basin. In the end this area ended up being one of my favorite spots around Cave Rock. If you're looking to have your photos taken here be prepared to deal with all the crowds at sunset. This spot is a highly traveled area especially during the summer months. With the views that you get here you'll understand why it's such a visited area in South Lake Tahoe.
