This couple had some amazing storm clouds in most of their photos due to a summer thunder storm that last all afternoon long. Luckily the storm and it's rain never made it to us and we stayed dry. The Tahoe area was slammed during the summer of 2020 due to Covid 19 and everyone not being able to travel. In order to beat those weekend crowds that last all summer long we had to go up high to stay away from all the people. Luckily the Truckee and North Tahoe area have a lot of great spots with no one around and Donner Summit is one of them. Even though there are a good amount of people hiking around there is still tons of room for everyone to be spaced out. With that you don't have to worry about people ending up in your photos unlike the crowded lake shore of Tahoe or Donner Lake.
