Truckee engagement pictures of a girlfriend being kissed by her fiancé at sunset in an high mountain meadow with a summer storm behind them. This summer storm lasted all afternoon long, but luckily we never got rained on. The dark clouds provided a nice backdrop all session long. Right when the sun was almost behind the mountain peaks for the day the clouds turned so dark and created this surreal look in the sky that evening. The Truckee and Donner Lake area have many locations that are amazing for wedding and engagement sessions that rival the Tahoe area. The big bonus of having your pictures taken out here instead of the Tahoe Basin is a lot less people and no traffic problems that you would run into on busy summer weekends around the lake.
