This couple was lucky enough be able to host their ceremony in the backyard of the bride's grandparents house. This private house is located right on the lake. There are many private homes that can be rented through agencies and rental companies in the Tahoe area that allow for weddings to take place. There are also a couple AirBnB's around Tahoe that allow for weddings to take place too. Please check with them first to see if you're able to hold your event at these homes before renting one out. Lots of towns around the lake have different regulations when it comes to events at private homes.
