Truckee Wedding Photography photos of a bride and groom standing in an high alpine meadow a top of Donner Pass that is surrounded by wild flowers. During certain times of the summer you'll come across these wild flower blooms that create this magical beauty to the local area. This newly married couple was lucky enough to have your wedding day take place during one of those blooms. These pictures were taken at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort just before sunset when the light is at its best. From far away these flowers seemed small, but as we got closer to them they were actually tall. It was such a beautiful summer evening when I captured this photograph. Truckee is a prefect location to host your wedding if you're looking for a mountain and forest feel. I personally love this area more than Lake Tahoe during the summer months since you don't have all the crowds that the lake does during that time of year.
