Once you're north of the resort you're able to host your own wedding ceremony since you're on forest service property and will not have to pay the resort. You'll just have to find your own officiant to marry you. This beach area is huge and has a good amount of spots to pick recite your vows at. If you are thinking of doing this during the summer months you'll want to do this during the middle of the week near sun down, since most beach goers will be gone at that time of the day.
